How to Place an Order

• Download and complete the order form.

• Provide the following details:
  - Plan number
  - Layout preference (standard or reversed)
  - Number of copies
  - File format (PDF, CAD, or both)
  - Whether a site plan design is required

• Include any special instructions or customization requests you'd like.
  - Note: Customization is priced in addition to the base plans.

• Submit your completed form by e-mail at adam@jensendesign.ca.
